(1) Make use of the SEARCH function. Before starting a new topic, make sure that you have searched through the forum. If no specific answer is available, that's the time to post inquiries on the appropriate section.

(2) Posting. Multiple posts (or Double posting)
If you have accidentally double posted a reply, use the Report button to inform the Moderators of the matter. Not reporting it will mean that you intentionally did it which will earn you a few days of suspension plus post count deduction.

Spamming
Defining spam:
(a.) Off-topic posts and replies
(b.) One liners and/or emoticon replies
(c.) Senseless posts

Thread bumping
This is the act of posting in a thread with the goal of getting it back to the top of the list. An unaddressed inquiry may be due to the fact that the answer is not available yet. The best thing to do in this situation is to search for probable answer that may also be applicable to your concern or wait for it to be answered by the Admin or Forum Moderators.

Trolling
A troll is someone who posts controversial and usually irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, with the intention of baiting other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion. Please don't be one.

Advertising of any kind
Please remember that this is still the official forum of Grand Chase Philippines which means posting of links and/or promotion of other games are prohibited as well as advertisements in all its forms.

(3)Behavior and etiquette
Foul language will not be tolerated. Keep in mind that this forum is visited by people of all ages. Members are expected to treat each other with utmost respect for their opinions. Whenever engaged in debates, be careful with your words so as not to offend anyone. If you do not agree with what somebody posted, you may state your piece but not personally bash the person.

Flaming and flamebaiting must be avoided at all costs.

(4) Forum name, avatar and signature
Everyone has the liberty to choose their forum names and avatars as long as it is not offensive, obscene or profane. Forum names will be changed if the Admin find it in violation of this rule. Note: The forum account will have a naming convention

Signature size limitations.
Signature images must not exceed a total size of 458(width) x 123(height). Add-ons like userbars and texts must not exceed 458(width) x 40(height). You'll only get one warning and one day to do the necessary revisions. Afterwhich, the accounts will be suspended accordingly.

(5) Posting content.
Posting objectionable materials including but not limited to nudity, profanity etc. will lead to the suspension of the forum account.

(6) Registration
Everyone is welcome to register for the Grand Chase Ph Forum but multiple registrations are not acceptable. Forum account sharing is also prohibited.

(7) Illegal trading.
Posting threads that promote any kind of trade where money or load is involved is strictly prohibited. These kinds of trade are highly susceptible to scamming.

We reserve the right to update these rules as necessary, so please take the time to review them on a regular basis.

Penalties may vary from post count deduction to the permanent suspension of the forum account depending on the gravity of the violation.

Post Count Deduction = A certain amount of post count will be deducted
Level 1 = 3-day suspension
Level 2 = 7-day suspension
Level 3 = Permanent suspension

(Moderators reserve the right to skip to account deletion if the offense in question is deemed a deliberate and/or serious violation of the rules.)

Administrators and Forum Moderators reserve the right to remove posts, suspend members and forum privileges and edit any content post on the forum as they deem fit, with or without notice.
